Our programmes can be licensed "as is", or developed to make a customised programme just for you.

"Licence to Use" is a great option for clients who have the internal resources to deliver training but do not have their own content.

"Licence to Use" gives you the autonomy and flexibility to run these programmes internally.

There is a process of accreditation and support required to ensure your facilitators are knowledgeable on programme material and confident in facilitating it to the required standard. We asses your staff’s facilitation skill and will work with them as necessary to ensure they have the skills to deliver the training to a specific standard Ongoing coaching will also be offered to support the long-term delivery of these programmes.

Unlike most licence agreements that renew every year regardless of uptake, "License to Use" is based our how many people you need to train.
